Don’t get that twisted. It doesn’t mean all you have to do is work one hour a week and you are done.
A little prepping takes the stress out of your week, “making time” for your business.
Sunday is my prep time.
I write a blog post.
Set up 2-3-4 emails to go out during the week.
All training I want to attend is added to my google calendar.
All appointments are scheduled around those things. My business is set as a priority on my schedule.
You’re going to really want to hug yourself when you’ve carved out the time to prep out weeks (or even months!) of what to send to your email list. That hour a week will seriously set you up for success and less stress.
Make it your business to check your stats. Look at what links are getting clicked on.
What emails are driving sales or bookings? Are people downloading right away? Let the numbers inform and encourage you.
YOU are everything you need to be able to do this. It’s the number one thing that I want everyone to know because it’s an unlocking, freedom-delivering truth.
Once you believe it, the actions that follow are beautiful.
And, of course, I am always here to cheer you on!
