1. Periscope is the new tool that is super powerful for your business and can be used on your blog as a vlog post. In my mentoring course, I will be going deeper into the need for periscope and how it will fit ever so nicely on your blog as content marketing. A video is high ranking in the online market. People get to know you and feel as if they have met you in person before they ever do. Video allows them to see your face, your body movements and hear your voice.

2. Hootsuite is a social media management site that can be downloaded to your phone, iPad preschedule post to go out while you are busy or heck living your life. It keeps you on a subject and in front of your followers on a schedule.

3.  Google Docs, Sheets and Slides if your business has gone mobile like mine has you will need your documents to be in the cloud to have access to them where ever you are. Plus you will have links to each page you can share them if you need too. Create and store documents on your computer so if it goes down you don’t lose your content, and you have it with you always.

4. Dropbox is similar to google. You can store all your pictures for safe keeping, your files, documents, videos on dropbox to again set your business up in the cloud to have access from anywhere you are. Share links and a have a conversation on “papers” on dropbox at the same time you are writing on a paper.

5. Evernote is another outstanding cloud tool that I use almost every single day. It stores my business cards when I meet someone and it adds their name and formats it for me, recipes so I am not digging through a box of paper anymore. I have pictures I don’t want to lose laying around the house I have added them to Evernote for save keeping. You can make to-do notes, clip articles off the internet with a snip-it tool, save pages on the internet on the go with clearly… actually, the list goes on.

6. Skype is a piece of software by Microsoft that allows you to chat all around the globe through your computer. You can chat, share documents and have a video call.

7. Zoom is priceless and free up to 40 mins recorded calls. You can have up to 50 people on live video, screen share, and record the call. The call will be turned into a Mp4 file that you can upload to Youtube and save in dropbox.

8. Grammarly – my newest and awesome tool – which is a writing enhancement platform. It will check your work to make sure you have proper grammar, or will such words that will make the reading of the article better. (I am more than sure my spell check readers are tickled as well)

9. Buzzsumo is a search tool that tracks all your social platforms in one place. It will show you what is getting the most attention and what is not ranking at all. You can follow your competitors progress as well. Which is like peeping in their office window.

10. WordPress Blog your most powerful business tool online is your blog. People think it is a place just to write your content – but it is so much more. If I have to give up all my tools listed on this page and only use one. It would be my WordPress blog. It is my information highway on the internet.
