Your health supports your lifeforce

This life of ours is a journey. A one-way ticket. Your health is your lifeforce and no one can take care of it but you. Doctors are available to help you repair the damage but a pill never does the job that can most of the time be prevented. Yes, I know there are things that you have no control of but your spoon and fork you do.

Back in November, I joined the new gym that opened in my hometown. I used to be a gym rat – literally – I stayed at the gym every single day and it showed. I ran, I worked on body building, I ate clean – no junk food oh and I went to the try out for the gladiators.

Somewhere after my 2nd child’s birth, I lost me. I was exhausted working night shift 3 days a week 40 mins one way from home, working on 2-3 hours of sleep for days at a time in a high-stress job. The only exercise I wanted to do was for my chest to rise and fall in a deep sleep. Yes, eating crap is always an excuse not to make better choices but I was running on fumes and looked for sugar and caffeine for a small spark of energy.

I attended a business training in Chicago and sat beside a lady that had all kinds of oils sitting on the table. I had never really used them but had heard of essential oils. As a matter of fact, I had a friend of mine who had a whole store of these same oils but he never presented them to me as something I could buy for myself. Only through him.

I was tired as normal. She offered Peppermint to be added to my water to give me a little boost and then she told me about NingXia Red and the nutrients it has in it that your body needs I knew I didn’t have enough of.

For the last 5 years, both of those products are always in my house. I still had my overly tired days but not quite as bad as I once was. Since then – those products have helped me retire and work from home.  As I typing this from my sunroom, barefooted watching it pour rain. My life looks so much different.

Back to me joining the gym, I knew how to work out. I did so daily and I enjoy the feeling of a good workout and sweat.

My 50th birthday was coming up and what I once did no longer worked the same as it did in my 20’s and 30’s. I reached out to a personal trainer, a coach, a true cheerleader  who has helped so many people locally that her reputation was nothing but high ratings!

She is a shift in my lifeforce

In two weeks of relearning to eat clean, smaller meals, with added exercise that took the body to a new level of burning calories. I felt good! No… I felt great! Dripping sweat that produced the results I was looking for changed how I was sleeping, my mood and my focus.  Our bodies health is our lifeforce. We are 100% responsible for the choices of food we consume.

After 2 weeks of no bread and sugar – I started noticing a difference in how I felt, the way I looked and was blown away those two food sources upset my chemistry. I had always heard sugar was evil (so to speak) but wow!

What is my point?

When you have tried to make something happen in your life and it is not working for you. Stop fighting the fact that you need someone to coach you or push you to the next level of where you want to go.

You have no insight of what reaching out can do for you personally or for your business. You are not meant to do this life alone… or your business alone.

I see people struggling along in business and know some things that can make their life easier and not as tiring but until they reach out they are not ready to learn.

Take care of your body, your mind, focus, sleep, and the business will be easier to work.

No one has ever said to me on their death bed “I wish I could have worked harder and more” No one. Not one person. They always want more time, not money, but time.
