When you hate your upline, what do you do? I hope I am saying this to someone who has an amazing upline and this is only information for you, not a solution. However, not everyone who enters network marketing gets along with or even likes their upline.
Instead of hating your upline person as someone who introduced you to an amazing opportunity for you to build most people look at their upline as losers because they didn’t teach them everything it takes to build a business.
Some up lines are new in the business themselves, or they are not good business teachers. Not everyone who has gained rank in the network marketing business has a duplicatable system.
When you hate your upline what do you do?
You work your ass off anyway – this is your business, not theirs.Yes, they will get commissions off of your work – but who cares. Build big anyway
Some people want to rebel like they are punishing the person they don’t like – in the meantime they themselves are not producing. The up line they are ‘punishing’ is moving forward and has no idea that your dislike for them is what is keeping you small.
Using the excuse that you hate your upline is giving you a reason to play small. Small does nothing for you. You are building habits out of excuses.
Throw your shoulders back and produce like a mad machine – go for the big title and walk in the room where your up line is and make them damn lucky they have you in their group and you did it without their help.
You owe no one for your success but the pure determination of learning and applying anyway. Your attitude is yours and you do not need your upline – pass them up! Be so damn good they can’t ignore you. When your upline sees you crushing it and ask your upline “Who is that?” Smile and give yourself an intro.
Create a mindset that follows you where you go. Walk in the room with your chin up – You got this.

I have a very nice upline, sweet lady. Thing is as with most network marketing businesses, the uplines themselves (unless you get a crown diamond that is willing to share what she did to get there) dont know themselves. The problem is not knowing exactly what to do so i can make it duplicatable to really grow.
I have to disagree. Crown Royals are not the only one who offer training with results. Most Crowns are now reaping the rewards of those under them. There are lots and lots of “upline” that are not teachers. It is our job to find the edcucation we need – it is not their responiblity. This is your business. Seek out the best training and learn all you can.
I give tons of content to my team – TONS! Very few of them use it an put it into action.
HI. I have monthly “classes”. People who are not in my downline are attending. Their upline have no intention of building a business. So they come to my class bringing their potential new members (who have been signing up). I love sharing the oils and Young Living but I must confess I am not thrilled building someone else’s downline. Any suggestions or thoughts?

I feel like I have no upline. No one will answer my questions or they tell me to ask someone and that person acts like it’s a stupid question and leaves the chat. What do you do if there’s no one to help you??
