Train your team to be independent, and how to gain massive results all depends on how you get them started. If anyone tells you that network marketing is easy. They weren’t being honest. Like any business out there it takes the time to build. It takes commitment and dedication to growing a team to true success.
When you have a new member join your business team or a customer. Who absolutely loves the product they will still need a place to learn how to use your products, and how to get more.
Customer Service
Anyone getting started needs to know the basics of where to find customer service. How they get training, and where their support groups are.
When someone joins my team the first thing I ask them to do it is to take a tour through the diamond factory. Which will walk them through the basic set up of the company, and the benefits of having a monthly order essential rewards. They learn how to place an essential reward order each month, and what it takes to earn points for free products.

Train your Team
My business coach Ray Higdon said in best in his latest training. When it comes to training for your MLM team, you want to cover
- How are prospects being exposed?
- Where can your reps get support? Point them to support, not you. You are not the mother hand, you are not the one that’s answering all their questions around support; all their login, or their shipping, or there, whatever. Get them to a customer support.
- Training. Where can they get access? The least duplicatable way to do this, least duplicatable is that the training system just call your up-line and have a chit chat.
The scariest thing a new member can hear is “you have to train your own team”. It is not everyone’s skill, or desire to be a trainer – use a duplicatable system that anyone can use, and teach them how to point in that direction.
In order to be successful in network marketing, you must have something in place to use over and over. A system that does the work for you so you are not doing all the labor work. While you are looking for new people to use the products and partner within the business (90-10 rule).
If you have a system in place, that filters window shoppers verses people who are looking for a place to shop. The phone conversations are much more fun and the word no is not as harsh.
