I stepped into the working world when I was 14 years old part-time and into the full-time sector around 21. I never got used to asking someone permission for time off, and the search began for something more.
Fast forward to 2010 – I hit lots of curves and dead ends learning the network marketing business and spent a ton of money on things that didn’t work. I followed people who I thought were being helpful. I did everything humanly possible to make my business grow, but the prospects were not rolling in like the people I was following said they would. I was missing something, and I had to figure out what it was.

What I discovered was the leaders in the business were getting better leads and more leads because they were doing better marketing, not more work. To be very honest – they knew less about the products than I did and rarely taught even one class on the products.
The truth is…
It is not about how much you know or how many details you can teach about the products it is all about your marketing. The day I heard a top leader tell me that she had never held one class about her products the ‘AHA’ light came on.

Some people spend hours and hours building training platforms for their team, but yet no one is ranking. They have team call after team call, but no new people are showing up. They are posting on social media and getting zero to no results.
