5 of the Typical Objections for Network Marketing

Have you ever gone to a store and picked up an item that is over $100 and looked at it for a few minutes, studied it, and then purchased it without knowing the solid back ground of who made it, where the parts came from, how it works but you bought it anyway?

I have.

I have bought things that made no sense for me to buy and it ended up in the back of the closet or the ‘to go pile’ without a second thought.

Waste.

In Network Marketing when someone approaches you about an opportunity there is a funny transaction that takes place. Now don’t get me wrong questions are good…. but I can promise you that no one ask as many questions as they do when they join you in a business venture to make money.

Some people ask tons of questions with no intentions of ever getting started, or they think this business is like planting trees that grow really fast with no water.

Typical Objections

1 – “These products are too expensive”
I have found that people will spend their money on what they find is important to them. It is not the cost of the product as much as the value they see in something they want. I used to feel that way until I saw that for what I was getting was actually making better choices and saving money over time. Plus a friend of mine went to the doctor and spend $800 in visits and prescriptions and was sicker afterwards than when she went. – No refunds offered either –

2 – “I’m am so busy. I don’t have time to do this.”
The smarty pants in me wants to smile – or laugh. I was working a full nursing job in a mental hospital 3 days a week – night shift from 6pm – 7am sleeping less than 4 hours a day. My son was on a travel baseball team and I had a smaller son who was just beginning in sports. I worked from the bleachers of the baseball park, the back of the van with the doors open for airflow, typing in the passenger seat as my husband drove. Yeah I was busy too … I wanted it and I wanted it bad.

3 – “I don’t have the money to get started.”
I can appreciate that. I have been there and know how that feels. I began in network marketing when my son was 1 ½ years old with no experience. I was selling bottles of energy pills (real ephedra back in the day) for cash until I could save enough to get the kit I needed.
I made the money show up to give me a step into a better direction. That was my beginning.

4 – “I’m not a salesperson.”
Terrific!! I am not looking for salespeople. I am looking for passionate people who are willing to learn, and share with others about something they love themselves.  I am in the educate and teach business for people who are looking to become a turnkey entrepreneur with a global brand.

5 – “Is this a pyramid?”
NO? Are you looking for one? Yes, I would say something quirky. Pyramids are illegal. With pyramids there is no exchange of goods or services. It is a promise that something will happen with an investment that is not possible.

We have amazing products with background research and loyal customers who rave about the results they get.

Now to decide if this business is the right fit for you to be on an amazing team like this one. In the beginning, like a new graduate out of college, is underpaid for the time spend to learn the field and gain ground to stand on. Once the leverage and skills are there the results begin to flow and then you become overpaid for the less work you are doing.

How does that happen? Get started… and Time.

I like to get to know the people who are wanting to work with me – because people with no passion will be disappointed in the business. They will get mad when it gets hard and quit. I want people who are strong like oak trees who grow slow, and let the roots grow deep to shade a big community of people. Is that you?
