In November, I attended the largest network marketing event for business training in Las Vegas with Eric Worre and many other 6-7 figure business speakers. There were 11K plus people in attendance from 100 countries representing over 300 companies.
I was amazed how many people flew to the United States for business training and the ones here in the USA didn’t make it. The mindset and priorities for the business show up in the action that is put out there to learn and be educated to succeed.

The things I found in common with all the speakers were patience, consistency, focus, stay in the game, get training, invest in yourself, bring yourself online and in front of people. The people who hide behind their computer with no skills or are afraid to talk to people about their offer are the ones who get upset and say that network marketing doesn’t work.
A lot of leaders think they are their downline boss when they should be the encouragement and teach how to stand alone and work their own business. As you build a large organization over time you don’t want to spend your days on the phone and texting your leaders all day. You need a system that teaches in your absences. If a leader asks a question reply with a video and posts the video so your team can also have access to get the question and answer.
You will train your team how to get results and responses from you from the very beginning. A team that chooses not to get an education will struggle in this business. Networking at events like Go Pro Mastery connects you to others in the business who have ideas you may not have thought about or be able to cross support each other in another business offer.
The saddest thing about network marketing is when someone new comes into the industry they call themselves in business but they don’t seek any training to learn how to run the business. This is not a business you can wing it and find success. You need guidance.
There were many leaders on stage talking about how many times they had failed before they found success. The secret was staying in the game and learning. Many leaders had 5,6,10 year dry spells before they hit those big ranks and big checks. The one thing in common is they keep working, learning and attending training events.
It is highly rare for someone to come into network marketing and have no contact list, no influence, and rank up in the first year without help. Yes, it has happened but it is rare. One marketer came into my present company and hit the highest rank in the company in 60 days. For the newest person in network marketing that is a huge turn off for someone who has worked for 3,5,10 years to reach that rank. What people don’t see is the influence, the brand and the list that was built prior to joining the company. The work had gone into his business before he came here and he brought a large following with him.

Another thing I have noticed and you may have too is every single speaker, every single panel member who was on the stage had these things in common. They all were on Facebook, they are building a list, they have a blog/website, they teach to teach, their team earns their time by the actions they are taking. They don’t spend time on the phone with each of their leaders. They are using a zoom to do group calls, they are using Facebook groups to stay connect and they support each other small and large successes without paying or giving prizes to get someone to work their business.
