What holds you back and gets in your own way.

Is “not having the time” keeping you from being visible and showing up?

It is the best excuse used when something makes you uncomfortable, you don’t understand or maybe you simply don’t want too but keep telling yourself you do.

I am an ambivert. I understand the struggle on both sides. Depends on what I am doing and who I am around as to how I respond.

As an introvert, the thought of having to prospect more people you don’t know is a literal nightmare…

…one that keeps you paralyzed with fear and derails you from doing anything at all. Which keeps your business from growing.

If you’ve been approaching your business with that mentality, only to be terrified by possible rejection, I want you to know that it’s NOT your fault.

MOST recruiting training is designed for an extroverted person.

I am not a HIGH energy, bounce across-the-stage person. I am an observer and move accordingly.

It doesn’t matter which one you are Introvert, extrovert, or ambivert you can build a business without being out of your comfort zone completely.

📌 Let’s be real clear confidence attracts people.
📌 Leveraging your personality without feeling as if you need to become someone else.
📌 How to close using your own story without being pushy and gross
📌 Flip your weakness to become your own superpower and hidden strength

I have been teaching my business team little nuggets every single day to build their reach and how to show up dressed just like themselves. No fake profile is needed.

It is the smallest of tweaks that puts a business in forwarding motion.

You are enough.
