There are so many Online Marketing Tools that you can use in your online business. Picking the ones that serve you the best can be a trial and error decision.
What I find people miss the most are the basic must-have tools that build your online empire.
Three systems you must have
A blog is the number one tool that puts you on the map for your business. Yes, people can have a business without a blog (AKA website ) but when someone want to know more about you what do they do?
Google Search
They go do a google search or they jump on facebook and do a search.
Almost everyone who has a pulse these days is on facebook, but not everyone shows up on google. The ones who are on google are the business entrepreneurs who stand out from the crowd.
It gives you more credibility, it shows your brand and allows people to get to know who you are.
Your blog is your store front
Your blog (website) is your store front. It gives your customers a chance to do a little window shopping before making a purchase. I mean think about how you shop when you go to the mall. You window shop in several stores and if a clerk in a store helped you with an outfit. You will most likely go back to that same store, ask for that person and make a purchase.

If you are window shopping in a store and you have your wallet in your hand ready to buy and the sales person treats you rudely or acts like they don’t have time to help you shop. What do you do?
You put your wallet back in your purse/bag and go to another store.
People do the same thing online except much faster. You have to impress them before they click.
I’ll show you exactly how to grow your business online with a blog and social media and stop spending hours searching the web, hunting through Amazon and other “hot spots” downloading eBooks, and slide shows. You can spend days and days watching online videos and you will not learn what I’m about to teach you in this online training course… without finding customers for your business or not knowing what the next step is to market their business online. Hi, Angela.
It’s very true what you said. I often have clients wanting to build their business on Facebook. But Facebook won’t be around for as long as Google, or even their own websites if they get it right.
The blog storefront is definitely the way to go.
Thanks for sharing. Tweeting to my followers soon.
Nathan.
Facebook is not going anywhere.Facebook has 10 year goals set and in action. However, that is still not ours and we are renters. All of our business needs to be moved to our list. Google is a search engine. and growing strong too.
Yes a blog space is your foundation of your business
