When you got started in network marketing most likely you were told the same ole method of calling your friends who then run when they see you coming.
You were told to do “home meetings” and cold calling. Both things that people dread the most. Actually it is two things that make people quit faster than being told no. That’s how most people get started.
I’m not saying those things don’t work. They do.
However, the same method can be used on other platforms in the day of the internet and social media. I see people taking their business on social media but they have no strategy so again they struggle with their business.
This happens to millions of people, not just you. Most network marketers waste so much time growing their business because they are chasing the wrong people.
I have done it.
My business friends have done it.

Most people don’t understand how this is done and they spend no time learning so 2-3-4 years later they are still struggling because they don’t want to pay-to-learn. So they stay broke and struggle, the whole reason they started a business was to make money and stop struggling.
The circle is around the dollar they want to make but won’t turn loose of it in their hand to learn how to make it all work. Good grief… that made me dizzy.

Are you duplicatable?
A few weeks ago I flew out to Oregon and hung out with Todd Falcone. He throws no curves and gives it straight and I really like that. I spent four days with him and three other people where we talked about business building in a small mastermind.
One of the things he said I do VERY well is marketing my business, using social media a blog and generating my own leads.
The one thing he said was I am too passive in my business meaning I don’t pick up the phone as much as I should because people are giving me their phone numbers which means they are waving their hands at me saying I want to hear from you!
I had to make a change… if you add your phone number asking for information I make a quiet 5 min call to see what I can help with and get you headed in the right direction.
I also realized what I was doing most people on my business team could not or would not do the same thing. Once I got home from Oregon I sat down and built a duplicatable system that they can use for their new customers and members without trying to invent the wheel.
They loved it. This way everyone is getting the same information without feeling like they have to be something they aren’t or leave off the information they may not think is important to them but very important for the new member.
Duplication works.
People like things to be easy and something they can point other people too that they don’t have to develop on their own.
My team has that and it has released so much stress and tension for the same question “I signed someone up now what do I do” That has now been taken care of.
