Personal Branding and Marketing comes is lots of different options and you get to pick the one you enjoy doing the most and sometimes you need to do things that are outside your comfort zone to really step up the process of getting more eyeballs on your content.

Day three at the boot camp didn’t slow down with great speakers and more content to add to the to-do list. The best way to become an authority and attract perfect reps and customers are to out-teach your competition through free content. In the beginning that is hard to wrap your mind around when you started a business to make money and you have paid to gain more knowledge and then give it away for free. However, it does work.

Bob made some really good points when he said “What we fear is your greatest gift” The very thing that makes you shake in your shoes and you think it is not possible for you to do is the very thing you are designed to do. It “excitement jumping” around in your bones ready to share with the world.

Fact: If you are not creating content you do not exist on social media. People learn to love by reading your social post, seeing your pictures and getting a peek inside of who you are, watching videos you create even if they are three minutes tips. Most people struggle with not knowing what to say on video and feel like they have to be perfect. I am guilty of the same feelings but have jumped on a video right after a work out when I was far from perfect.

People like to hear from you and video (facebook live, Instagram) are super hot topics right now. The fastest way to get eyeballs on you at this moment is video. If you have read a book, do a live review of the book. The hot spots that you liked the most or didn’t like. Give your review.

If you have attended a live event do live video giving a peek inside the doors and let people follow your journey. Or you can do like I have for the last few days and shared ALL of my notes on my blog. You can video reading the notes. Always be teaching, sharing and encouraging.

The more content you provide the more people will learn from you and they want to see what you have to offer.

You are able to generate higher quality leads exposing your product and services at the same time. It turns the table from the old school of marketing where you reached out to leads and customers to them now reaching out to you.

  • Other people’s stories from your point of view
  • Teaching tips
  • Sharing your notes from live events
  • How to over come________

If you will notice I didn’t mention talking about your company. Your company is already well branded. Your job is to brand you so that your unique spin stands out as the expert to reach out to in your niche. Teach.

At the bottom of every single blog post, video, or facebook live have a call to action for their next step or they will click away and be gone. You are trying to keep people in your space, on your blog longer to help them find what they are looking for through you.

If you’re sick ’n tired of being rejected…Of using less-than-effective marketing strategies and tactics that just keep you spinning in circles, making no progress…How to crush it in your company?

Everything is hard in the beginning – the easiest motion is to take one step at a time. You must build a following, a list and generate leads that are looking for you and let people know you are out there. Otherwise, no one will get to see your goodness that you have to offer.

Be brave and share a video today here are some steps you can use to get started and use each and every time to crush the video.

  1. Intro: Hello my name is _________
  2. Question: Do you struggle with getting enough eyeballs on your content and want to know how I generate my own leads?
  3. Content: – tell them how to generate their own leads using a method that you use and it works
  4. Call to Action: If you liked today’s tip go to [Blog Page] to get a free ebook, PPT, Audio or whatever you are giving away to learn tips like this one today. I will see you over there.

You must have a ‘hook’ to raise their eyebrows, a pain point that gets their attention and content get them curious with a call to action to close the deal.
