How to Stop New Distributor Dropout

As the leader, your new distributor is looking to you to lead the way, show them the ropes, teach them the system.  The best way to do this is to provide your new distributors with a training system that is duplicatable. When you talk about duplication most people don’t understand what that means.

If I have the skill to call someone and spend two hours on the phone with each brand new person and tell them every step to make to get started. That new person is observing how you are training them.

You have just freaked out your new distributor because now they think they have to spend two hours with each new person they bring in. It sounds like a job with lots of time involved that they were trying to gain more of instead of giving up more of their time.

A system is something that you use to teach the new distributor. As you share the system with them. As they go through the system it is teaching them to also share it with their new people. It takes the guess work out of how to get started, and everyone is on the same page as they go forward and start building.

It shows that if they can refer someone to a simple system to be trained that is very easy to duplicate as they are learning and growing themselves.
