If you have any kind of device you have heard about the Super Bowl 50 – and the history that was made with the Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has reached the league’s title game a much different way.
Now let me set the record straight, I am not a football fan.
I like to watch the highlights on ESPN, I like to partially watch some of the big games but to be honest. All I know about the game is the they throw the ball and hit each other really hard to make it to the other end of the field to score. All the penalty’s, flags and calls they make go in one ear and out the other.
Since I am the mother of an athlete who is in college as a baseball pitcher. I have seen a small peek inside how hard they have to work to get time on the field and all the things that have to happen before they step foot on a field.

Watching the long list of accomplishments that Peyton has had in his career from 1998-2016 is pretty amazing, to say the least. I know big football followers can tear him apart for turning his hand wrong or something else they like to complain about since they were not the ones on the field doing the work.
Super Bowl 50 was Manning’s fourth — and presumably final— appearance in the big game. Even if Manning fell short, he put together an astounding NFL résumé. His critics will have to agree.
