This past week I joined my mastermind group in Orlando Florida for a 2-day emersion into business strategy with Ray Higdon for my personal growth. (See the photo album here) Four people in the room spoke on the GoPro stage just three days prior to our event. The old saying about who you spend time with the most is who you will become. It’s important that you surround yourself with positive people, including friends, family members, co-workers.
People’s vibes, mindsets, and beliefs will become your own, as we as humans are like chameleons, so only surround yourself with the best who you will help you to take your life to a new level.
This weekend the vibe was high and the energy was so good. Sitting in a room of 7-8 figure earning business people exchanging and tweaking business ideas was powerful.
When I sit in any training taking notes, I am making tweaks that I have learned at the same time in my marketing. I want to get the fastest results possible. Most people take notes, think about it and forget about them by the time they get home.

Who is your tribe?
If your tribe is not doing big things you probably aren’t either. I have spent over 100K on masterminds and coaching for my business. Not because I had too but because I wanted to surround my self with a different level of leadership and learning. I am here to tell you that your tribe is THAT important.
I retired from a profession that was no longer serving my needs. I was bored. I could no longer grow and had hit the ceiling on raises and opportunity. Within 2 years I have tripled my income. In 4 years my organization produced a million in sales in 30 days.

You need to associate with people that inspire you, people that challenge you to rise higher, people that make you better. Don’t waste your valuable time with people that are not adding to your growth. Your destiny is too important. When you get comfortable doing things like everyone else you will watch your results slow down.
I once heard a speaker who said when someone asks you to do something that scares you. The answer is yes! For example this weekend my business coach Ray Higdon, ask me to speak to this amazing group of top earners about a marketing project that I am working on with a manychat project. It was as we say “off the cuff” with no prep time. Here is the mic come tell us how it is going. It lead to a 30-minute discussion and great feedback with new ideas that I begin testing as soon as I went back to my seat.
The results? I had a sale within an hour of making the change. I would not have made that simple and very small tweak on my own. Someone in the room had been to a manychat conference and learned about a nugget I didn’t know. When I applied it – it worked immediately.
Your circle matters
Walk with the dreamers, the believers, the courageous, the cheerful, the planners, the doers, the successful people with their heads in the clouds and their feet on the ground. It matters to you and how you think. Surround yourself with people who have dreams, desire, and ambition; they’ll help you push for, and realize your own. It is ok to think bigger than the people around you.
Positive energy is contagious, So is negative energy.
