Quit your job, move to paradise and change the world sounds so fun and simple doesn’t it? People promote this fantasy living where you take your laptop and sit on the beach while you make your millions without much effort.
The raw truth is… if you want millions. You are going to work for it. It is not going to fall off a tree and land in your lap.
It is realistic to be able to quit your job and work from home, I know I did it. The one thing I got was more time freedom. I can work from my laptop where ever I have the internet and I don’t miss family functions anymore. My work is not dread it is fun (most of the time) and I look forward to going to the office daily.
I didn’t know where to start but I knew the home meetings didn’t meet my personality or my time schedule at the time. I started blogging. Not that I was good at blogging but I started. My site was ugly, my topic was all over the place and it didn’t even make sense to me.
The more I blogged the more I learned and the more content I put out into the world. I didn’t become famous but I started growing a following and a community. Some of those people have followed me for 5 years!
I invested in my skills with business coaches and I learned from many mistakes. I never imaged being about “Quit your job, move to paradise and change the world” however, my blog has reached people in countries I had to look up on a map. (That is no joke).
I started coaching and mentoring people as I learned new skills and saw the reaction clients had to what I shared with them. It was amazing to see someone start from scratch and apply what I taught in the courses. One of my recent private clients sent me this video she made with a skill she recently added to her business. Her handcrafted puppets!
Gabriela Ortiz Monasterio came a long way in just 4 weeks in coaching. To see her handmade puppets on screen was so fun for me. She is super talented in handcrafting these amazing life-size puppets.
Most people don’t realize in a business that you own, you can personalize and craft it to meet your skills right where they are. She never dreamed of adding her puppets who she was already in love with.
Her dream was not to sit on a beach somewhere and make money (not my ideal dream either) she wanted to showcase her craft. Now don’t get me wrong… if you are a beach bunny by all means enjoy the beach (just don’t get sand in your laptop)
Living a dream life, perfectly designed by you to match what you enjoy is totally possible. It doesn’t have to include millions of dollars, big cars, and far away places. Some people want to be happy right where they are. Take the diamond tour below and let’s see if it is a match for you. It is not for everybody but most people are looking for a better opportunity.
