Did you know because of Social Media we just connected? Because of social media this burnt out nurse has been able to connect with some amazing people like you. Without the world-wide-web it would not be possible, it would not even be possible for you to know who Angela Brooks “The Nurses Voice” from Kentucky even was.
I would not have my friends in California, Canada, Australia, New York,Texas and so many more places that I otherwise I would not have connected with and met them because of business online.
We all have dreams, views, and stories to share with blogs and social media it can be done and dreams do come true. Since 2010 I have been traveling across the United States attending business training events learning how to make my dream come true of having a business from my home that also provides a new way of living for those that I meet.
The fun part about working online – is when I travel – I never feel like I am alone with social media. When I arrive at a strange hotel I have friends waiting – even though we have never met before.
I ask a question on facebook the other day that said, “If money was no object what would you do? I got over 31 replies and some of their dreams. They were not big elaborate dreams but most of them were how they could help someone else. Yes they mention how they wanted to have a few nice things for themselves of course we all do. However, with money you can help SO many people – and to me that would be so fun!
I have been a nurse since 1988 – I have met some interesting people and crossed paths with some sad cases. As a nurse, I love seeing someone’s progress. As a mental health nurse in a state-funded facility, I don’t always get to see the best end results and it can be very sad.
In my business life as a nurse – I not only get to meet great people – I get to watch them grow in their business and become more than they ever imagined they could be.

Here is my reply to that question: I would go on a snow mobile trip – (I have always wanted to do that – but I don’t want the snow in my hometown and I am not even a big snow fan) I would go to Hawaii or Bora Bora and stay for about 7-10 days in the BEST beach house with my family – not just the 4 of us but my whole family – I would have my dream kitchen and my dream deck around the pool- I would have two Therapy Dogs to take into facilities like burn units – nursing homes ect – I would leave $100 tips, especially in small diners (always wanted to be able to do this), I want to provide jobs for other people – teach someone how to change their life with a skill they did not give their self credit for, I want to stand at a grocery store and pay for random people’s groceries, I want to teach people there is a way to make a living without having a boss and a job that you don’t like. I want to hand the Russellville Little League a check that would provide uniforms from top to bottom for all the teams they are our future – I want to change one person’s life that had NO clue how it was possible EVER going to change. That is just the beginning…
