We took a little road trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia. No agenda. No rushing. Just me, my husband, and a charming little southern town where people still say “excuse me” and “thank you.”
But as I sat there on a rail bike, pedaling through the trees, I realized something: this trip was the perfect picture of what we don’t get when we’re caught between mentorship vs information overload.
We hopped on these funky little rail bikes and cruised through eleven miles of mountain track—rivers to the side, trees overhead, sun on our shoulders. At the end of the line, they spun the cars around and kicked on a motor to help us ride back uphill with less effort.

That made me laugh. But it also made me think.
Because that’s exactly what real systems in business should do.
Make the climb smoother.
Kick in when you’re tired.
Take the weight off when you’re not actively pushing.
And yet… so many women I know are still doing business the hard way.
They’re:
- Watching endless free tutorials
- Following every YouTuber with a funnel
- Downloading all the freebies
- Trying to piece it together from Google searches
But at the end of the day? All they’ve got is a cluttered downloads folder and no real traction.
You don’t need more information.
You need implementation.
And real-time mentorship that shows you how to make it yours.
That’s the line nobody talks about enough:
Mentorship vs information overload.
One gives you clarity.
The other gives you chaos.
Usually, the better someone does their job, the easier it looks.
You rarely realize how hard it is until you try it yourself.
That line hit me while coasting back through those trees.
The systems I have in place today?
They look simple on the outside.
But they were built through trial, error, and mentorship that helped me figure it out faster.
And because of that—I came home from that Georgia trip with two calls already scheduled.
I didn’t post while I was gone.
I wasn’t glued to my inbox.
I was just living—and my business kept moving.
That’s what the right system does. It works with your life instead of against it.
So let me ask you this:
Are you going to keep spinning your wheels, doing the same things, and hoping for different results?
Or are you finally going to build the kind of business systems that give you freedom instead of stress?
If your gut says you’re ready for more ease—and less guessing—then don’t Google another thing.
Come talk to someone who’s already built it.
