If not you…then who….
“I choose you” said God. I replied, “Send me”. So many of us never reach the destiny that God has planned for us. And yes, we all are destined to do something to change the world around us. When I answered the call, I had no idea what I was getting into, but I knew without a doubt that God would not lead me where his grace would not protect me.
It is so often that we dream of what we would like to do inside of our nursing, like open an Antique store or write a book, but we get so bogged down with the world around us that we push that dream aside. As nurses we are so accustomed to taking care of our patients, family, friends, and our careers, but never ourselves.
It is NOW time to reach for that dream that you have been dreaming about. Allowing fear, anxiety, other people and finances to hinder you are all OUT of the window. So what do you need to do to get started?
· * Make the decision to do it
· * Prioritize your time
· * START it NOW
· * Discuss it with your family
· * Be creative
· * Don’t give up
This may all sound simple, because IT REALLY IS. If not you, then who, if not now then when. Get going the world is waiting for you. Create the best nurse in you.
I dare you.
