What are Three Income Producing Activities for your business

People assume they know what income-producing activities are but if you ask them to make a list or show you their calendar it will be very slim with activities. I am sure you are the same way that is why you are reading this blog post (don’t forget to share it)

1. Enrolling New Members

2. Essential rewards / Repeat Buyers

3. Moving people to leadership positions

The only two you have control over are the first two.

You can educate people about the products, you can show them how to get on essential reward but you have no control over the products they purchase or if they even use the products. You certainly can not control your leaders on what they choose to do or not do.

This is your first step

The first income-producing activity explains itself. You start someone brand new with a kit from your company and you get paid $50 from the company for the referral of a new customer. The one thing that keeps people from making $50 is not telling people about the products or thinking that the market for your product is saturated.

You will never hear any other department store say that about their products. They know other stores carry soaps, lotions, bread, butter. Even the same brands but they carry them anyway.

Yes, I understand after you have worked through your warm market (people you know), you then have to talk to people you don’t know and most people don’t want to do that. Therefore they say the market is saturated. When it actually means they stopped talking to people outside their comfort circle.

Income Producing Activities

The second income-producing activity is getting people started on the monthly reward box as soon as you can means you have a repeat customer. The excitement is not in the sale of a starter kit. It is in the commitment to become a monthly customer.

Some people feel like they are getting taken advantage of for some really weird reason when you talk to them about the monthly box when actually you are showing them how to save money, get free products and if they want to earn $50 they can. (Yes I have people tell me they don’t want free money)

The internet is full of options to ship clothes, items for your home, the kids, even food in a box to cook for supper. Getting a monthly box is a very normal thing to show up in people’s mailbox these days. Plus they don’t have to go to the store to get the items just add them to the monthly order and they arrive without remembering to pick them up and running out.

One of the most common reasons people aren’t getting monthly boxes is because they are not running out of products meaning they aren’t using them. Most will say “I don’t know how to use the oils” so they do nothing.

95/100 of the men and women use makeup and personal care/skin care / “beauty” products. They clean their home, they buy soap, lotions, baby care items. They use protein powders and supplements. Most places they shop do not give them credit or free products in return for shopping with them. They just give them a receipt.

There’s no other program that gives people back points they can use on free stuff like they already use. Plus collect points in the company bank account to get more free products. Seriously… why are people missing out on the free options? They don’t know because you haven’t told them.

Get started on a monthly reward box 

Number three you can’t control people who are on your team, how the market flows, the products that are in stock or out of stocks. You have no control over the promotions, you just have to promote what the company offers. It only makes sense to focus on what YOU can control to get instant results.

Leaders must lead to grow

To have duplication in your business a leader has to stay in touch with their leaders. Find ways to motivate them but not do the work for them. There are really only a handful of office type activities you need to do.

Create a culture in a group with your leaders to keep them informed and connected.

You don’t need to be developing brochures. Someone has already done that use those.

Scrolling on facebook without talking to people in messenger about your products is not an activity that will ever produce an income.

For growth in your business, begin doing all three. Enroll people, move them to Essential Rewards, and identify those that have everything from an interest in getting their products for free to those who want to build an empire.

Continue working consistently… and the results will come!
