What an election week it has been with our new president Donald J. Trump. There has been so many emotions exposed and fear from people that it has caused a lot of people to get hurt. This is NOT a political post. I am not one that can talk about politics. I also don’t believe everything I hear on social media or in the news.
The sad thing today is that people’s opinions circulated so much faster today than it used to because of smartphones, social sites, and the internet. On one side of the fence it is good and on the other, the message often gets jumbled.
I don’t personal know Mr. Trump but I know for the next 4 years he will be our leader in the USA. I can not post an opinion because I don’t have one. I have not met him in person, worked with him or even feel it is my place to point fingers.
I know in my past I have had people say things about me that were not true and accused me of things I didn’t do (I will admit my wrongs) I am sure people will dig up anything they can find on this man like they have the Obama family. I can not imagine how stressful that lifestyle would be.

It is time to shift your focus to be happy.
It is time to support your leaders – when they crash it affects you. There is no benefit in watching someone fail.
We are not entitled to like everything that happens around us. The only person we have control of is yourself and how we respond. Ray Higdon – my business coach posted this facebook live about hating on people who are our leaders.
I worked with a leader that was the most difficult person to get along with and she had very few people who even liked her. I felt it was part of my job to encourage her to be better and to lessen the negative comments that were said.
In network marketing, there’s lots of jealousy around leaders when someone new starts rising. Instead of cheering them on and helping them through the new path – most people feel rejection and negativity.
Supporting your leaders whether is it the president of the United States or of your own business and company it a skill that others around you notice. If you are screaming stomping your feet at everything that doesn’t go your way people see that. People also notice when you are supporting others.
Good leadership skills are essential to the process of duplication which ultimately results in LEVERAGE and business growth in network marketing!
If your team reads your post on social media and they are negative and slamming how likely are they to come to your for help?
If you don’t like your boss, your upline or your president it is time to do some inside healing.
There are people who don’t like Mr. Trump who has never so much as shook his hand and they are hating on his leadership on information fed to them through the media. I have the people who don’t like me in my business that have never had a conversation with me.
Hate…is an inside job.
It is time to clean out the pipes and fill them with positive income and words. The anger is never about the other person. It is about you and your insides. You can tell people who you are BUT they will always be able to see your actions better.
What is leadership?
- Personally demonstrating competence
- Applying the relevant knowledge and skills
- Modeling and coaching others for success
Be the example. At the end of the day whether you are a president or a network marketer you need to know that what you did or said today was content that would help someone. This my friend is Attraction Marketing.
