One of the most important tips I can give any business owner is to search a business coach that matches what they want to do in their business. Network Marketing is the only profession I know that people will join and think they can build a 6-fgure business or above with their old skills and old way of thinking.

Most people who are reading this blog post have always worked for someone else where they clock in – get an assignment – do the task given -clock out at the end of the day.

It takes a new mindset to run your own business. In order to think different, you have to learn new thinking skills.

Mastermind

For the past four days, I dove deep into strategy with my business coach and other like-minded people who are building a business without handing out fliers and running behind people begging them to work with them. Instead, I added 6 new coaching clients by simply posting lifestyle pictures of my weekend and sharing with them small tips of what we have learned.

Coaching with a person who has to build the business the size I want to run gives me the inside look at what needs to be in place and someone to show me how to structure it to work the first time, not the 10th time of trying.

Getting out of our heads is one of the hardest things I have heard people struggle with building a business. They don’t feel they are adequate enough to build a business. What do they have to offer? Why would someone coach with them? What skills do I have someone else actually needs?
