Top Three ways to get unstuck
Every person who is in business gets stuck in a rut at some point. Most of what you do is repeating itself. After a while it even gets boring. In a stuck moment you begin to slide back and forget to see the positives points of where you are. Fear steps in to be a jerk remind you of being stuck and then ole panic shows up with more fear that you will not get out of the sliding hole your in.
People are not hardwired to be grateful. It is a skill that requires practice to see the happier days.
Pay close attention to what you say. The words you hear the most are your own. Your speaking out loud what your thinking inside. Other people pay attention to what you say and they are watching your actions for what you do. Actions speak loudly.
When you find your self in a slump. Try these three things
1. Look for and point out things you are grateful for.
2. Keep a gratitude journal. It can be pulled out and re-read when you need motivation
3. When you are in a bad situation ask your self “What did I learn from this and write it down in your journal.
Being real with yourself requires you to back up and look at yourself to truly be honest and to feel the gratitude.
