Customer Testimony:
I put a touch under my nose opened it up like a charm! I could breath. I have put a drop in water taste good and soothed my throat. I rubbed a lil on Tony’s belly it helped some but he has mass doses of chemo no meds helped that. He has also just smelled it to open nose & even calm his belly. Dawn K.
I started using Peppermint with the 30 day campaign – I have used Peppermint for those last few hours of work before midnight when I can hardly keep my eyes open. I inhale it or put a little under my nose and it really helps me stay alert. I also put it in my water and it gives me a boost without having to drink caffeine. Love it! Michele V.
Prior to YL I was taking pseudofed everyday just about because of sinus headaches and allergies. Until one day my heart almost jumped out of my chest. Because of Lavender and Peppermint I was able to get off all allergy medicine, and because of YL I have not have to take a drug and OTC meds for almost 9 years. ~Dr Mary

I took the peppermint oil challenge 30 days ago. I admit, I was skeptical. I added the oil to my water and inhaled it. I do not know if it really helped but I actually found myself drinking more water. A co-worker had a headache and I shared my oil. She came back within minutes and said “It worked!, My headache is gone!” A few days later I had a headache and applied the oil. I was amazed at how quickly my headache was gone! Normally I would have downed 3 Ibuprofen. A week later another headache. Same results. A week later another headache. This one was killer and I applied the oil on and off for 2 hours without much relief so I resorted to the ibuprofen. I have shared with friends and co-workers for things from headaches to opening up vocal cords for worship service. Everyone has been very positive! I love my little bottle of oil! Skepticism completely gone! ~Chris T.

I took the peppermint challenge a month ago and that little bottle goes with me everywhere! If you smell it a few good breaths it will clear your head and your back creating or working clear headed even late at night or early in the morning. Use if if you are drowsy while driving. Great for headaches! Will also keep the little critters away that love your nice warm home this fall! It also is great for aches and pains! Just a lot of little miracles all in one bottle! It is awesome! ~ Marilyn P.

Hi Angela … just wanted to say thanks for putting me onto oils> I had no idea how to use them in the beginning, but now they are part of everyday life …
I have 3 favourites at the moment: Peppermint, Lavender & Lemon.
Peppermint – I use this almost everyday to perk me up by putting a few small drops above my top lip, back of my neck and behind my ears – it always gives me a bit of a zing which helps when I’m tired and grumpy from a broken sleep (i have small children) … I also use it as a mouth freshener
Lemon – My daughter has cystic fibrosis and celiac disease and as a result was suffering anemia. I tried the iron supplements, but it made her constipated and discoloured her teeth. I stopped right away and started researching natural methods. I started making her eat a bit more iron rich foods, but I also found that lemon acts as a natural blood enhancer. I put some in her water – but she didn’t like it (she’s fussy and 4!) So then I started rubbing it on her feet at night and it’s become a bit of a ritual. After 3 months she had her blood tests done again and she doesn’t have anemia anymore! Our doctor thinks we are a little bit crazy with “all this natural stuff”, but when I told him what we’ve been doing he just said, “OK, just keep doing what you’re doing”.
