I could choose to rant on and on with the side effects of lack of sleep. Lack of sleep causes headaches, lack of sleep causes depression, lack of sleep causes lack of energy, lack of sleep causes a lot more. Let's find out.

    I wear Peace and Calming when I go out and about.  I ALWAYS get compliments on that one which opens the door for a lot of conversations!  Also my daughter works as a CNA on the "dementia ward" of a rehab center.  She uses Peace and Calming on her shoulders and neck when working with the residents and when they are "restless" or "uncomfortable" and she has to help move them, she has them put their arms over her shoulders when she lifts them and it calms them down and makes her job a whole lot easier!  Aromatherapy… what a blessing these oils are!

    Insomania is really a very bad disorder. Only those people knows about it which are suffering from this disease. Finally we need sleeping pills to get rid of this disorder.
