Let’s all panic at once.
Tuberculosis. Polio. AIDS. Fear runs rampant, amplified by the media. Plus social media it spreads even faster and not all the information comes around correctly. Which causes fear to paralyze us.
First thing we want to do is point fingers an “them”.
The funny thing is there is a fine line that divides the them’s from the us.
Education – with clear facts that are not gathered from the internet’s random sites is the key to making people more aware of what is real truth. Basically what people want to know with any epidemic is how is it transferred and how to keep from getting it.
Good hand washing is always the first place to start
Build your immune system so that it can begin to fight off airborne diseases and germs that we are exposed to on a daily bases. People would be shocked how much TB is in the air that no one even thinks about – because the media has not talked about it in a long time.
Take good care of yourself by using good products to build your immune system
Practice enhanced general safety of basic self protection is avoid blood, sputum and body fluids, which are how most diseases are transferred. Wash your hands often. Avoid nonessential travel to areas that are highly effected, avoid used needles.
People panic and fear sends them running and they don’t know what they are even running from. Education on the basic self protection for yourself and your children – build your immune system. Remain calm.
